NAR’s Chief Economist will provide attendees with insights into recent trends in housing and the economy, as well as his expectations for 2018. He will be joined by Ken Rosen, who discusses the findings of three, recently released papers on the cause for the decline in the U.S. homeownership rate in recent years as well as potential ways to reverse the trend.

NAR’s Research team has released a number of residental focused reports. Some reports require a member log in for access.
