RCE Leadership Luncheon: Leadership Joys and Struggles: How to Win at Both (Ticketed Event)

REALTOR® association leadership teams are encouraged to attend. The multi-faceted event will feature a speaker discussing a timely topic. The Dr. Almon R. (Bud) Sminth, RCE, AE Leadership Society inductees will be recognized. The luncheon is sponsored by the RCE Certification Board.

SPEAKER AND TOPIC
Collete English Dixon will share her insights to what has worked and not worked in her efforts to be a successful leader in every role she has had as part of a leadership team. The one constant that Collete has learned is that being a leader is both a joy and a struggle; learn how the leaders of your association can experience the joys of working together to become a strong leadership team in everything your association does.
