Each year, the Counselors for Real Estate compile a list of factors, trends and issues that affect the real estate industry, both residential and commercial. They identify which ones are most relevant in this year’s economic environment, where the opportunities may be and where to be cautious. Content will be pulled from The Counselors of Real Estate’s Top Ten Issues Affecting Real Estate report, explaining what is important to know, why it’s important right now and what the game changers will be in 2018.
