The nature of commission sales makes real estate brokers especially vulnerable as both enablers and victims of fraud. Avoid being an unwitting enabler or victim of fraud and train and educate others in your office to do the same. Ensure your buyers and sellers adhere to the procedures you have in place to minimize the risk of fraud activity with session takeaways.
