CO-MARKETING CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

Eligibility: This contest is open to local, state and provincial boards/associations as well as and principal brokers of real estate firms in the United States and Canada.

Prize: One VIP prize package will be awarded each month from June through September 2017. The prize package includes two free VIP passes to the General Session and Celebrity Concert; one $100 gift card, and two complimentary Premier Access registrations, which can be used on NAR members not registered for the REALTORS® Conference & Expo only.

How to Enter: Provide examples of how your association or brokerage is promoting the conference event to members (REALTORS®). Examples may include ad tear sheets, newsletters, digital photos, postcards, emails, printed materials and written descriptions of events. Include your name, the name of your board/association or real estate firm, mailing address, phone number and email address.

Entries will be accepted by email at ConvInfo@REALTORS.org or by mail at “Co-Marketing Contest, National Association of REALTORS®, 430 N. Michigan Ave., 9th Floor, Chicago, IL 60611.”

Only one entry counts per month, but entries may be resubmitted each month by the deadline for a maximum of four entries per association/brokerage per calendar year. Each association/ brokerage may only win a prize in the Co-Marketing Contest one time per calendar year. Entries will be accepted between June 1, 2017 and September 30, 2017. Each monthly entry, whether submitted by email or mail, must be received by Sponsor by the last day of the month to qualify for that month’s prize drawing. Late entries will not be eligible. One winner will be chosen and contacted by phone or email by the fifth business day of the month following the entries. Please refer to the following schedule for 2017:

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including those interpreting or applying these rules. Except where prohibited by law, by entering the contest, each entrant consents to the use of entrant’s name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data and or any other information contained in the entry in advertising, promotional and marketing for this and future Conventions by the National Association of REALTORS® without additional compensation. Winners may be required to sign, have notarized and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

Winner, by acceptance of any prize, agrees to release Sponsor from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone malfunctions or mail delays of any kind regardless of the source of the problem or delay. To preserve the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this contest as Sponsor deems necessary and fair.

The contest shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules. All times for this contest shall be as of the local time in Chicago, Illinois.

This contest is void where prohibited by law.
