CHICAGO ARCHITECTURE BOAT TOUR

Expert guides will share an insider’s glimpse into the buildings, architecture and engineering that made Chicago famous as the birthplace of the skyscraper and home of modern American architecture. Discover hidden architectural gems, as well the city’s most renowned landmarks, along all three branches of the Chicago River, while you relax with a drink from our cash bar.

ADA:
  • There are ramps down to the boat but requires ability to get in/out of boats. When boarding the ship, guests cross two ramps and enter through an opening (doorway) that is 36 inches wide. Crew members will assist you in guiding the wheelchair across the gangway. Guests who are unable to climb stairs to the upper deck may choose to sit on the open-air bow deck of the vessel or the climate-controlled enclosed salon with large windows. Unfortunately, the boat cannot accommodate motorized wheelchairs or scooters. A manual wheelchair is available for transfer. The vessels have an open air front bow section, meaning anyone with mobility issues won’t need to climb stairs for an outside view.
  • Contact Kelly Bassett of CSI at 407-288-7703 to request ADA transportation.
